Itinerary
Day 1 : Chandigarh – Shimla
On arrival at the airport / railway station transfers to Shimla. Overnight stay in Shimla.
Day 2 : Shimla Sightseeing
Post breakfast visit Kufri Kufri, around 13 km away from Shimla. The small hill town of Kufri is an ideal holiday retreat where one can enjoy yak and horse riding. Adventure enthusiasts can trek up to Mahasu Peak. During the winter season, the place becomes all the more enchanting and turns into a skiing retreat. Later visit Mashobra. In the evening stroll at the famous Mall Road. If time permits you can also visit Jakhu temple and later visit Rashtrapati Bhavan. Take a walk from Rashtrapati Bhavan to The Ridge Shimla to explore the real beauty of Shimla. Overnight stay in Shimla.
Day3: Shimla to Manali
After breakfast proceed to Manali, on the way visit Kullu Shawl Factory and Vaishnoo Devi temple. On arrival in Manali check in the hotel for dinner and night stay.
Day4: Excursion to Solang valley / Sissu
After breakfast proceed for a full day excursion to the Solang Valley, Atal tunnel and Sissu. Solang Valley is well known for adventure activities like – paragliding, zorbing, snow scooter and ATV rides. You can take a cable car ride in Solang Nalah. On the way back to Manali take bath in hot springs at Vashisht. Overnight stay at the hotel in Manali.
Day5: Manali Sightseeing
Post breakfast; get all set for visiting the prime attractions of Manali. Visit Hadimba Devi Temple- an ancient temple around 450 years old that is dedicated to Hadimba Devi wife of one of the Pandava brothers Bhim. Later in the day explore the Tibetan Monastery, Club House, Vanvihar and the handicraft centre. Take a walk up to the old Vashisht village. Back to the hotel for dinner and night Stay.
Optional: If Rohtang Pass is open during your visit and you wish to visit, the charges to be paid directly for the same.
Day6: Manali – Chandigarh transfers
After breakfast proceed to Chandigarh, take a late evening flight for your onwards journey.
