Itinerary
Day 1: Srinagar Arrival – Pahalgam
Srinagar to Pahalgam (Approx. 90 km, 2.5 hours) Arrive in Srinagar and head straight to Pahalgam, known as the “Valley of Shepherds.” Enjoy the scenic drive, passing through beautiful landscapes, saffron fields, and the Avantipur Ruins. Check-in to your hotel in Pahalgam, relax and unwind. Have dinner at the hotel and prepare for an exciting day of sightseeing.
Day 2: Pahalgam Sightseeing (ABC Valley) – Transfer to Srinagar
Start your day with a visit to the famous Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari, collectively known as ABC Valley. Explore the picturesque landscapes, trek or enjoy horse riding. In the late afternoon, return to Pahalgam and prepare for your transfer to Srinagar. Check-in to your hotel or houseboat in Srinagar for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Srinagar – Sonamarg – Srinagar Day Trip
Srinagar to Sonamarg (Approx. 80 km, 3 hours each way) After breakfast, depart for a day trip to Sonamarg, known for its stunning landscapes and glaciers. Visit the Thajiwas Glacier and other attractions. Enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the beautiful surroundings. Return to Srinagar in the evening, have dinner, and rest at your hotel or houseboat.
Day 4: Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar Day Trip
Srinagar to Gulmarg (Approx. 50 km, 2 hours each way) After breakfast, head to Gulmarg, a popular hill station known for its meadows, gondola rides, and winter sports. Enjoy the Gondola ride, taking in breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Try skiing or snowboarding (seasonal). Return to Srinagar in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5: Srinagar Local Sightseeing & Shopping
Spend your day exploring the local attractions of Srinagar, including the Mughal gardens (Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Tulip Garden if in season), the Shankaracharya Temple, and Hazratbal Shrine. Enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride on Dal Lake. In the afternoon, head to the bustling local markets for shopping. Return to your hotel or houseboat for dinner and rest.
Day 6: Departure
Distance & Time: Hotel to Srinagar Airport (Approx. 12 km, 30 minutes) Leave early in the morning to catch your flight. Check-out from the hotel and head to the airport for your departure.
